Terms and EULA

These Terms and EULA explain the rules for using Kynda Care, including demo mode, subscriptions, acceptable use, and institution responsibilities.

By downloading, accessing, or using Kynda Care, you agree to these Terms and EULA. If you do not agree, you must not use the app, website, demo mode, or related services.

Kynda Care is provided for childcare communication, daily reports, events, announcements, parent feedback, photos, and related administrative workflows. It is not an emergency service, medical diagnosis tool, or replacement for professional childcare judgment.

Institutions are responsible for the accuracy, permissions, and lawful handling of child records, parent details, staff access, classroom content, reports, photos, and any information uploaded or shared through the app.

Users must access Kynda Care only through accounts and roles they are authorized to use. Parents, teachers, administrators, and managers must not attempt to view, change, export, or share information they are not permitted to access.

Demo mode is provided to help institutions evaluate the app workflow. Demo data may not reflect a live institution, and users should avoid entering real child or family information unless they are authorized to do so.

Subscriptions are based on the number of enrolled children. Paid plans may be billed monthly or yearly. Features, pricing, billing options, and availability may change as the service evolves.

Kynda Care uses reasonable security measures, but no online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kynda Care is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or loss-of-data damages arising from unauthorized access, data breaches, leaks, service interruptions, third-party services, user credentials, device compromise, or institution misuse of the service.

Users may not upload unlawful, abusive, misleading, harmful, infringing, or unauthorized content. Kynda Care access may be suspended, limited, or terminated when required for security, misuse, payment issues, legal obligations, or protection of children, families, institutions, or the service.
