This Privacy Policy explains how Kynda Care handles personal information, child-related records, app content, and website data.
Kynda Care processes information needed to provide childcare communication services, including account details, user roles, institution information, child profiles, linked parent accounts, daily reports, meals, naps, hygiene and health notes, feedback, calendar events, notifications, and photos or posts uploaded by authorized users.
Child-related records are provided and managed by the childcare institution and authorized users. Institutions are responsible for obtaining the permissions required to upload, manage, and share child records, parent details, classroom photos, reports, and related content.
Parents, teachers, administrators, and institution managers may have different access rights depending on their role. Kynda Care uses role-based access to help limit information to the people authorized to view or manage it.
Kynda Care may use authentication, email verification, push notifications, analytics, crash reporting, hosting, storage, and secure API services to operate, protect, measure, and improve the app and website.
Kynda Care uses reasonable industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect stored data, such as encryption where appropriate, access controls, firewalls, monitoring, security scanning, backup and hosting protections, and operational review. No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to reduce risk and respond to security issues responsibly.
Demo mode may include sample or test data so owners and managers can evaluate the workflow before subscribing. Users should not upload sensitive real child data into demo areas unless they are authorized to do so.
Subscription and billing information may be processed when paid plans become available. Kynda Care may retain transaction, account, security, and operational records where needed for service delivery, compliance, dispute handling, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes.
Parents, staff, and institutions can request account help, privacy support, or deletion by contacting info@pixel-hat.com. Some records may need to be retained when required for security, legal, compliance, dispute, or operational reasons.
